Param Vishuddhiji Mahasatiji Sets New World Record with 285-Day Muktavali Tapasya Penance

In a remarkable demonstration of spiritual endurance and devotion, Param Vishuddhiji Mahasatiji, a 22-year-old Jain Sadhviji and disciple of Rashtrasant Param Gurudev Shree Namramuni Maharaj Saheb, has completed the rigorous Muktavali Tapasya — a revered Jain penance involving 285 days of fasting over the course of 11 months.

Her journey of faith began on 22nd September 2022 and concluded on 29th August 2023 at Parasdham Girnar, Junagadh, Gujarat. The intense penance included a unique fasting pattern, increasing gradually from 1 day up to 16 consecutive days, and then decreasing in the same reverse order. During this period, Sadhviji consumed only boiled water between sunrise and sunset. Post-sunset, not even water was taken, and no fruits, juices, snacks, or any form of solid or liquid food was consumed.

The spiritual feat, executed with unwavering discipline and serenity, has officially been recognized as a New World Record, marking an extraordinary milestone in the annals of Jain spiritual practice and Indian ascetic tradition.

This achievement stands as a beacon of inspiration for seekers and devotees worldwide, symbolizing the power of faith, restraint, and inner strength.
