“Maximum Varieties of Chaat Dishes Prepared by Students in a Single Day”

In a remarkable culinary achievement, Sushiladevi Shikshan Sanstha – Continental Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, organized a World Record program showcasing the exceptional talent of its students. Under the expert mentorship of renowned celebrity chef Chef Digvijay Bhosale, 40 students prepared over 100 unique varieties of chaat dishes within just one hour.

The event was held at Gurukrupa Sanskrutik Bhavan, Ambewadi, Kolhapur, and the diverse range of chaats was served to more than 100 guests, highlighting not only the culinary skill and speed of the young chefs but also the cultural richness and diversity of Indian street food.

This extraordinary feat earned a New World Record and brought attention to the institute’s dedication to hands-on learning, creativity, and excellence in culinary arts.
