Shri Bhausaheb Ravsaheb Andhalkar, a renowned Shivsena social leader and retired senior police inspector, and founder of Rajmata Indutai Andhalkar Annachatralaya in Barshi, Solapur, Maharashtra, has emerged as a true corona warrior during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since the onset of the nationwide lockdown in March 2020, Shri Andhalkar and his team have selflessly distributed grocery kits, medical kits, and food packets to needy people including sanitary workers, teachers, and artists.
Their relentless efforts have benefited over 5 lakh people across the region. Additionally, they provided relief funds and travel support for migrant workers stranded due to the lockdown.
