In an extraordinary culinary feat on the occasion of International Women’s Day, Sushiladevi Shikshan Sanstha – Continental Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (CIHMCT), Kolhapur, Maharashtra organized a World Record Program that celebrated skill, diversity, and dedication to Indian cuisine.
Under the expert mentorship of Chef Digvijay Bhosale, a renowned celebrity chef of India, 9 talented girl students created over 100 unique varieties of Indian Rotis in a single day. This remarkable achievement was made possible with the support of more than 25 students and staff from the institute.
The record-setting event took place at Hotel Ram Krishna Dhani, Kolhapur, and showcased traditional, regional, and innovative roti recipes representing the vast culinary heritage of India. The initiative not only promoted the artistry of Indian flatbreads but also highlighted women empowerment in the hospitality sector.
The event was further supported and coordinated by Ashwini Digvijay Bhosale and her dedicated team, ensuring smooth execution and historical success. This achievement has been officially recognized as a New World Record, adding a proud milestone to CIHMCT’s legacy.
