World’s Largest Vintage Two-Wheeler Collection Established by Pune Enthusiast

Vinit Prabhakar Kenjale, born on June 18, 1966, and a passionate two-wheeler collector since 1988, set a remarkable new world record by single-handedly building a vintage two-wheeler museum housing over 450 classic bikes. Located in Pune, Maharashtra, this unique museum showcases an extensive and diverse collection representing almost every major and minor two-wheeler manufacturer in India.

Among the prized possessions is a rare 1930 BSA military motorcycle, famously used by the British Army during World War II. The museum also features iconic models such as the Kinetic India bikes, Bajaj scooters, the Lambretta ’59, LML PL 170, Rajdoot Scooter, and the Fantabulus scooter manufactured by Royal Enfield in the 1950s, among many others.

Vinit’s dedication and love for preserving India’s two-wheeler heritage has created a cultural treasure trove that not only celebrates automotive history but also educates enthusiasts and visitors about the evolution of motorbikes in India.

This extraordinary achievement adds to India’s growing list of world records and stands as a testament to the power of passion and perseverance.
