Largest Divyang Bike Rally Sets New Record with 78 Riders in Gujarat

Samir Kakkad (Saika Mobility Hub), Rajdeep More (Mehfil Mastee Events Pvt. Ltd.), and Ranjit Gohil (Akhil Hindustani Viklang Sangathan) successfully organized the “Largest Divyang Bike Rally,” a two-day event held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Supported by Shri Piyush Desai of Asha Kiran Trust and the Lions Club of Vastrapur 3232B2, the rally saw 78 specially-abled riders participate, covering a total distance of 320 kilometers on self-driven bikes.

The rally commenced on 22nd September 2018 at 8:00 AM from Ahmedabad, proceeded to Bakor in Mahisagar District, and concluded back in Ahmedabad by 5:00 PM on 23rd September 2018. This remarkable event set a new record for the largest bike rally by specially-abled riders.

The event was also supported by the Blind People’s Association (BPA), Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, underscoring the spirit of inclusion and empowerment for the specially-abled community.
