6-Year-Old Indian Girl Sets World Record For Lowest Limbo Skating, Video Goes Viral

Takshvi Vaghan, a 6-year-old from Ahmedabad, set world record for lowest limbo skating, video of which went viral on social media.

Takshvi Vaghan has achieved the record of the lowest limbo skating for 25 metres. The news was confirmed by Guinness World Records (GWR). The record-keeper also shared a video of the six-year-old girl who hails from Ahmedabad in Gujarat acing the challenge with ease. For the unversed, the sport requires the inidividual to skake underneath a horizontal pole. She set the new world record on March 10 last year.

While GWR’s official website notes that Takshvi had attempted the record for personal achievement, the video instantly went viral on social media after it was posted on social media on the official handle of Guinness World Records on April 10.”Lowest limbo skating over 25 m,16 cm (6.29 in) by Takshvi Vaghani,” the clip was captioned. The video of the new record-holder was also shared by news agency ANI on April 18 (Thursday).
