Record Participation: Over 26,000 MBBS Students Join Nationwide World Health Day Quiz

In a remarkable display of academic enthusiasm and nationwide collaboration, a record-breaking number of 26,737 MBBS students participated in a National-level World Health Day Quiz organized by the Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine (IAPSM).

The event witnessed participation from 393 medical institutes spanning all States and Union Territories of India, making it one of the largest academic quiz initiatives conducted for medical students in the country.

This massive undertaking was efficiently coordinated by National Coordinators:

  • Dr. Krupal Joshi (AIIMS, Rajkot)
  • Dr. Medha Mathur (GMC, Udaipur)
  • Dr. Animesh Jain (KMC, Mangalore)

The quiz was conducted under the esteemed guidance and leadership of:

  • Dr. Annarao G. Kulkarni – National President, IAPSM
  • Dr. A.M. Kadri – Immediate Past President
  • Dr. Purushottam Giri – Secretary-General, IAPSM National
