Olympic champions Armand Duplantis and Keely Hodgkinson are set to headline the 2026 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Toruń, bringing star power and record-breaking form to one of the sport’s premier events.
Both athletes arrive in Poland on the back of remarkable achievements. Duplantis recently cleared 6.31 metres, marking his 15th world record in pole vault, while Hodgkinson shattered a long-standing indoor 800m world record, underlining her status as one of the top contenders for gold.
The championships, held from March 20 to 22 at the Kujawsko-Pomorska Arena, feature a strong international lineup with multiple Olympic and world champions competing across 27 events.
Duplantis returns to a venue of special significance, having set his first world record in Toruń in 2020. Meanwhile, Hodgkinson is aiming to cap her resurgence after injury setbacks with a maiden world indoor title, entering the competition in peak form.
