Created by celebrated French artist Camille Dubois, the sculpture was meticulously designed to replicate the intricate texture and bright yellow hue of a real lemon. Constructed using sustainable materials, including recycled metals and biodegradable paints, the installation emphasizes eco-friendly artistry while celebrating local culture.
The project was part of Menton’s annual Lemon Festival, which traditionally features citrus-themed art, parades, and culinary displays. City officials confirmed that the new sculpture surpasses all previous records for lemon-themed art installations, earning a prominent spot in the Guinness World Records.
