A Noble World Record-themed event titled “She Rise” was held in Hospet, celebrating the remarkable skills and artistic talents of women in traditional crafts and vocational arts. The event was organised by the Muthu Training Institute and drew participation from over 300 students eager to showcase their creative prowess.
The programme offered a vibrant platform for women and girls to demonstrate excellence in Aari work, tailoring, mehndi design, bridal makeup, and krosha craftsmanship — art forms deeply rooted in regional tradition and cultural heritage.
The event was graced by dignitaries including Mrs. Keerthana N., State Secretary of the Karnataka Aari Workers Council, and Mrs. Lavanya Jayakar, International Technical Director of Noble World Records, who praised the participants’ creativity and dedication. Special awards were presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place achievements, alongside recognitions for the Best Teacher and Best Institute.
Organiser Ms. Muthu Petchi, founder of the Muthu Training Institute, said the event aimed to promote women’s empowerment through skill development and preserve traditional arts while encouraging younger generations to pursue their talents with confidence.
