In a proud moment for Haryana, the Haryana International Players Sports Association (HIPSA) formally presented the Guinness World Record certificate for Kabaddi to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.

The recognition comes after Haryana’s kabaddi players created history by setting a world record that highlights the state’s dominance in the traditional sport. The achievement underscores Haryana’s reputation as a powerhouse of kabaddi talent, with many of India’s top national and international players hailing from the state.

Receiving the certificate, CM Saini praised the players and HIPSA for bringing global recognition to Haryana. He said the record would inspire the next generation of athletes to excel in indigenous sports while also strengthening India’s position on the world stage.

Officials from HIPSA added that the milestone reflects not just sporting excellence but also Haryana’s commitment to preserving and promoting traditional games.
