Saudi Arabia Unveils Jaumur: A Spectacular Marina City Rising on NEOM’s Red Sea Coast

In a bold step toward redefining coastal luxury, Saudi Arabia has announced the development of Jaumur, a stunning marina city on the Red Sea as part of its ambitious NEOM project. Designed to rival the world’s most iconic waterfront destinations, Jaumur promises turquoise waters, superyachts, and coastal opulence on an unprecedented scale.

Jaumur will feature:

  • 700 exclusive waterfront villas
  • 500 state-of-the-art marina apartments
  • Luxury hotels and world-class dining venues
  • A 1.5 km-long marina set to become one of the most advanced on Earth

The city is tailored for lovers of the sea and upscale living, blending ultramodern architecture with natural beauty. Its yacht-lined harbors, vibrant promenade, and seamless access to marine adventures are expected to draw global travelers and elite investors alike.

“Jaumur is more than just a place—it’s a lifestyle anchored in innovation, sustainability, and luxury,” said a NEOM spokesperson.

Part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the project reinforces the kingdom’s commitment to transforming its Red Sea coast into a global tourism and investment hub. Jaumur joins the lineup of NEOM’s visionary destinations like THE LINE, Trojena, and Oxagon.

Construction is already underway, with Jaumur expected to welcome its first residents and guests in the coming years.
