2-Year-Old Ghanaian Honoured as Global Child Prodigy in Art

In a remarkable feat that has captivated the world, 2-year-old Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah from Ghana has been officially recognised as a Global Child Prodigy in Art. The award was presented to him at the British Parliament’s House of Commons during the Global Child Prodigy Awards 2025, where he was celebrated among the Top 100 Child Prodigies worldwide.

Ace-Liam previously made headlines in 2024 by entering the Guinness World Records as the Youngest Male Artist at just 1 year and 152 days old, after selling nine paintings at his debut exhibition in Accra. His colourful abstract artworks and natural creative instincts have gained global recognition, including features on BBC, CNN, and Smithsonian Magazine.

The young artist’s mother, Chantelle Kuukua Eghan, who is also an artist, noticed his passion for colours early on and began nurturing his talent. His first artwork, created while crawling through paint on canvas, was titled The Crawl and marked the beginning of an extraordinary journey.

The family has also launched the Ace-Liam Outreach Initiative, aimed at empowering underprivileged children in Ghana through access to art and creativity.

With this recognition, Ace-Liam becomes a global symbol of early childhood talent and inspiration, proving that age is no barrier to artistic brilliance.
