Renowned Kuwaiti healthcare visionary and philanthropist Smt. Sheikha Shaikha Ali Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has been conferred with the Padma Shri, one of India’s most prestigious civilian honors, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to medicine and global healthcare outreach.
