Sandeep Arya, a resident of Hisar, has etched his name in history by performing 20,000 consecutive Surya Namaskars over a marathon 36 hours and 21 minutes, becoming the first person in the world to achieve this feat.

Into a humble family, Sandeep Arya Jangra has long been dedicated to the discipline of yoga and physical fitness. Previously, he held the record for 15,000 consecutive Surya Namaskars, a mark he has now surpassed with his latest achievement.

Sandeep’s new record also came with a personal transformation — he shed 15 kilograms of body weight during his attempt, underscoring the incredible physical endurance required for such a challenge.
