Rajkot Municipal Corporation organized a massive cleaning campaign titled “Mega Cleaning Campaign by Female Cleanliness Insistents (Swachhata Grahi) at Multiple Locations” to support the Government of India’s Clean India Movement.
A remarkable total of 10,582 female cleanliness workers actively participated, cleaning 54 different locations across Rajkot city in a 90-minute session from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This large-scale effort highlighted the critical role of women in maintaining urban cleanliness and promoting public health.
The event was successfully conducted under the capable leadership of the Honorable Mayor and the Honorable Commissioner of Rajkot Municipal Corporation, reflecting the city’s commitment to a cleaner, healthier India.
