In a unique and flavorful tribute to creativity and culinary art, Sushiladevi Shikshan Sanstha – Continental Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (CIHMCT), Kolhapur, Maharashtra, organized a world record event under the mentorship of renowned celebrity chef Chef Digvijay Bhosale.
In this extraordinary feat, 35 hospitality students collaboratively created a giant logo of the institute, spelling out the word “CIHMCT” with precision and flair. The edible artwork measured an impressive 20 feet in height and 50 feet in width, made using over 4,000 Kutchhi Dabelis (Double Roti).
The monumental effort took place at Hotel Ram Krishna Dhani, Kolhapur, and was successfully completed and recognized as a New World Record. The initiative was enthusiastically supported by Ashwini Digvijay Bhosale and the organizing team, celebrating both culinary innovation and team spirit on the occasion.
This remarkable event not only showcased the students’ skills but also highlighted the creative ways culinary education can be integrated with record-setting achievements.
