Making cinematic history, an Indian film has earned a Guinness World Record for featuring a staggering 300,000 people in a single scene, marking one of the largest crowd gatherings ever captured on film. This monumental production was backed by the Indian government, recognizing the film’s cultural and national significance.
The movie, titled “Mahaan Yudh” (Great War), depicts a pivotal moment in Indian history and was funded as part of a government initiative to promote India’s heritage and inspire patriotism through cinema. The government’s support ensured the logistical and financial backing necessary to organize and manage such an unprecedented scale of shooting.
Director Rajiv Kumar commented, “Bringing 3 lakh people together on one set was a massive challenge, but it was worth it to create such a powerful and authentic portrayal. This film is a tribute to India’s unity and resilience.”
The film stars acclaimed actors Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Vicky Kaushal, whose performances anchor this epic narrative.
