Bajaj Allianz General Insurance made history by hosting the inaugural General Insurance Festival of India (GIFI) in Pune, setting a new Guinness World Record for the Largest Attendance at an Insurance Conference. The event witnessed a record turnout of 5,235 attendees, marking a global milestone for the insurance industry.
The festival also celebrated excellence in the insurance sector through the GIFI Awards, which recognized top advisors across five categories. Winners included Mayank Chander Kothari (Best Health Insurance Advisor), Shiv Kumar Gupta (Best Motor Insurance Advisor), Priyadarshini Sheshadri (Best Property Insurance Advisor), Prashant Shah (Best Multiline Insurance Advisor), and Priti Sameer Shah (Best Woman Insurance Advisor).
The event was graced by eminent industry leaders such as Sanjiv Bajaj (Chairman & MD, Bajaj Finserv), Charu Kaushal (CEO, Allianz Partners India), Dr. Arokiaswamy Velumani (Founder, Thyrocare), and several others. Comedian Sunil Grover and music composer Pritam added entertainment flair to the festival, while an automobile zone showcased luxury brands like Porsche, McLaren, and Lamborghini.
