Young Indian racer Atiqa Mir delivered an impressive performance by securing a podium finish in the opening round of the Champions of the Future Academy (COTFA) Karting Series.
Competing in the OKN-Junior category at the Lucas Guerrero Circuit, the talented driver finished third overall, marking a strong start to the international karting season.
Born in Srinagar, India, Atiqa grew up around motorsport. Her racing journey began at a young age under the guidance of her father, Asif Nazir Mir, a former national karting champion who first noticed her natural talent when she was still a child.
With his mentorship and her dedication to the sport, Atiqa has steadily progressed through competitive karting circuits across Europe and beyond.
