Hyderabad, Telangana, India – 14 March 2026:
In a landmark initiative to advance Artificial Intelligence (AI) awareness and readiness among students and professionals, the Computer Society of India (CSI), Hyderabad Chapter, Telangana, successfully organized “CSI AI100K,” a large-scale AI Readiness Program conducted in hybrid mode (online and offline) across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.
Spanning 111 days, from 19 November 2025 to 10 March 2026, the program reached an impressive 100,879 participants from 84 universities, colleges, and organizations. The initiative was designed to equip learners and professionals with industry-relevant AI skills, practical exposure, and awareness through a series of expert sessions, workshops, and structured learning activities.
The program brought together eminent academicians and industry professionals, creating a vibrant collaborative platform that connected academia, industry, and young innovators. Through this large-scale engagement, CSI AI100K demonstrated a strong commitment to nurturing AI readiness and empowering the next generation to participate in the rapidly evolving digital and technology-driven landscape.
Recognizing its scale and impact, this significant initiative was officially recorded by World Records India. Certificates were presented by Paavan Solanki, Editor and Chief of World Records India, during the CSI AI100K Leadership & Impact Summit held on 14 March 2026 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The success of CSI AI100K reflects the growing importance of collaborative efforts between educational institutions and industry leaders in preparing talent for the future of Artificial Intelligence. By reaching over one lakh participants through a hybrid learning model, the program has set a remarkable example of inclusive, scalable, and impactful AI capacity building in India.
