world’s largest float designing and building facility, setting a new Guinness World Record and redefining large-scale event production. Spread across more than 400,000 square feet, the massive facility is dedicated to the design, construction, and storage of parade floats, blending artistry, engineering, and logistics under one roof.
The state-of-the-art complex is best known for producing floats for the iconic Rose Parade, but its expanded capabilities now support international festivals, cultural parades, and large public celebrations worldwide. Equipped with advanced workshops, high-ceiling assembly halls, digital design studios, and specialized floral preservation areas, the facility enables artists and engineers to collaborate on intricate, large-scale creations year-round.
Officials confirmed that no other float production center in the world matches the facility’s size, capacity, or technological integration. From hand-applied floral decorations to complex mechanical and animated elements, the facility represents the pinnacle of float craftsmanship and innovation.
“This is where imagination becomes reality on a grand scale,” said facility director Michael Harrington during the inauguration. “Our goal is to preserve traditional float-building techniques while embracing modern technology to push creative boundaries.”
