Students from Jajpur Road have brought glory to Odisha and India by setting a Guinness World Record for the largest human image of an eye.
On Tuesday, 3,710 students from various schools at Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir in Madhusudanagar participated in the event, surpassing the previous record of 2,394 participants set in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, in 2016. The massive formation successfully entered the Guinness Book of World Records.
Organised by the Rotaract Club Byasabhoomi, the event aimed to promote organ donation and raise social awareness with the theme “Live Life Even After Death.” Students meticulously coordinated to form the giant eye, highlighting the power of collective effort for a meaningful cause.
The achievement not only underscores the dedication of young students but also draws attention to the importance of organ donation and social responsibility in India.
