“World’s Most Expensive Soap Made with Gold and Diamonds Unveiled in Lebanon”

A centuries-old family business in Lebanon has captured global attention with a bar of soap that redefines luxury, reportedly becoming the world’s most expensive at a staggering $2,800 (approx. ₹2.3 Lakh) per piece.

The exquisite creation, crafted by the renowned soap artisans Khan Al Saboun (Bader Hassoun & Sons), is far from a daily necessity. Each 160-gram bar is a genuine work of art, featuring a lavish infusion of 24-karat gold powder and diamond dust.

The high cost reflects not only its precious ingredients but also its intricate, time-consuming production. The soap is meticulously handcrafted using a blend of all-natural ingredients, including pure olive oil, fragrant essential oils, and honey. According to the creators, the process to craft a single bar takes approximately one full month.

The luxury item is typically not available for mass-market sale. Instead, it is reserved as a bespoke offering presented to VIPs, royalty, and high-profile personalities across the Middle East and beyond. The soap is often personalized and packaged in a high-end box to accentuate its exclusivity.

While the primary function of soap is cleansing, the manufacturers position this opulent bar as a timeless piece of luxury and a symbol of wealth, ensuring that even the simple act of washing is a truly regal experience.
