Luxury timepiece and jewelry brand Jacob & Co. has made a dramatic foray into the world of architecture, unveiling its first-ever private residence: the $150 million “Aureum Estate” in the exclusive Dubai Hills neighborhood.
Dubbed a “livable work of art” by the company, the colossal three-level villa is designed to translate the brand’s signature aesthetic of maximalism, precision, and extravagance from fine jewelry and horology into a grand architectural form.
The Aureum Estate, a collaboration driven by Jacob & Co. founder Jacob Arabo, spans nearly 42,000 square feet and boasts a comprehensive suite of ultra-luxe amenities:
- Residence Specs: The estate features seven opulent bedrooms and nine bathrooms, alongside multiple entertainment and relaxation spaces.
- The Spa: A dedicated, private spa complex includes a Hammam, a sauna, and a luxury ice room.
- Entertainment Hubs: Highlights include a professional-grade cinema, a gentleman’s lounge with a cigar and billiards area, a wine cellar, and a traditional tea room.
- Exterior Innovation: The outdoor area is centered around a grand pool equipped with a built-in DJ booth and catering access. In a feat of regional innovation, the estate is reported to feature the Middle East’s first-ever outdoor cooling system, allowing for year-round entertaining regardless of the desert heat.
Jacob Arabo emphasized that the estate is an extension of his brand’s lifelong pursuit of artistry. The design process involved a team of 14 designers and eight architects, ensuring every material and line reflects the uncompromising craftsmanship seen in Jacob & Co.’s high-jewelry pieces.
The residence is strategically situated overlooking the Dubai Hills golf course, offering a serene environment while remaining just minutes from Dubai’s most iconic landmarks. The unveiling of the Aureum Estate solidifies the convergence of high fashion, art, and real estate in the ultra-luxury market, setting a new, record-breaking benchmark for private homes in the region.
