Young Artist with Disability, Akshay Sunil Vaidya, Creates 843 Works to Inspire Others in Ahmednagar

Akshay Sunil Vaidya, has made an extraordinary mark in the art world despite living with 60% disability. A 10th standard student at Rupibai Bora English Medium School, Akshay produced an astonishing 843 paintings, drawings, sketches, and structures in just one year, covering various subjects and themes that reflect his unique perspective and talent.

To share his work and inspire others, Akshay showcased his creations at the Raosaheb Patwardhan Smarak in Savedi, Ahmednagar, at an event organized by Aakar Artist Group. The exhibition was inaugurated by Principal Indhrabhan Dange, artist Pramod Kamble, and Dr. Sudha Kankriya, with strong support from Kiran Dahale, Sunil Vaidya, Sushma Vaidya, Sunil Bhandari, Balraj Yelulka, and Amol Bagul.

Through his art, Akshay aims to express himself as a common man and highlight the capabilities and potential of people with disabilities, proving that art knows no barriers.
