World’s Largest Broom Created in Rajasthan for Swachh Bharat Mission

In a powerful demonstration of community spirit and commitment to cleanliness, B. Ashok Kumar, a dedicated teacher, and a team of artists — Shri Vinod Kumar, Shri Sukhdev Goyal, and Shri Mangilal Rathor — from Pali, Rajasthan, constructed the world’s largest broom to mark Rajasthan Foundation Day 2019.

This massive broom, measuring 55.9 feet in length (including a 10-meter broom base), was crafted using bamboo, iron sharpener caps, iron rings, and vibrant color materials.

The event, held on March 30, 2019, at Meghwal Samaj Chatrawas in Pali, highlighted the team’s commitment to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, spreading the message of cleanliness and environmental consciousness across the nation.
