Prithish Shirsath Sets New World Record: 5 km Arabian Sea Swim by Physically Challenged Teen

Prithish Prashant Shirsath, a determined physically challenged boy born on February 23, 2008, from Mumbai, Maharashtra, has set a new world record by swimming 5 kilometers in the Arabian Sea. Despite having 50% disability, Prithish completed the challenging swim from Kasha Rock to Revas Jetty in just 55 minutes and 21 seconds.

Under the expert guidance of Coach Hari Arjun Sonkamble and supported by the Maharashtra State Amateur Aquatic Association, Mumbai, Prithish’s extraordinary achievement showcases immense courage, endurance, and determination.
