Mumbai’s Youngest Maths Prodigy Makes History with 4 International Medals in 6 Months

Niva Vishal Gada, an exceptional young mathematician has made India proud by becoming the youngest girl to represent the country in four prestigious International Mathematical Olympiads, winning a total of four medals in just six months.

Daughter of Mrs. Sejal and Mr. Vishal Gada, Niva is a Grade 2 student at Euro School – Airoli. Demonstrating extraordinary talent and dedication, she secured gold medals at both the Hong Kong International Mathematics Olympiad (HKIMO) and the Thailand International Mathematics Olympiad (TIMO). She further clinched a bronze medal at the South East Asia Mathematics Olympiad (SEAMO X) and a silver medal at the World International Mathematical Olympiad (WIMO).

Niva’s achievement, officially recognized on 25th January 2021 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, has set a new record for the youngest girl from India to earn medals at four international math competitions within a single half-year period.

Her accomplishments serve as a shining example of India’s young talent on the global stage, inspiring students nationwide to pursue excellence in mathematics and beyond.
