Dubai Sets New Guinness World Record for Highest Running Track on a Building

Already home to the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, Dubai has added another feather to its architectural cap — the highest running track on a building, officially recognized by Guinness World Records.

The record was achieved by Wasl, a prominent Dubai-based real estate development and management company, for its remarkable fitness innovation — the ‘Sky Track’, perched on the 43rd floor of 1 Residences, part of the Wasl1 master development.

Located in Zabeel, 1 Residences is a luxury mixed-use development featuring 753 ready-to-move-in units. The elevated track reflects Dubai’s ever-growing dedication to combining urban luxury with wellness, providing residents with breathtaking skyline views as they jog at the top of the city.

“This achievement showcases Dubai’s commitment to creating world-class residential experiences that integrate lifestyle, fitness, and innovation,” Wasl stated.

With this record, Dubai continues to solidify its reputation not only as a city of superlatives but also as a pioneer in promoting active and healthy urban living.
