In a vibrant celebration of wellness and diversity, hundreds of Emirates Group employees gathered in the Dubai desert this week to set a new Guinness World Record for the “Most Nationalities in a Yoga Lesson.”
The record-breaking event, held at sunset, brought together 144 nationalities, symbolizing unity, mindfulness, and the global spirit of the Emirates Group, which employs over 110,000 people worldwide.
Organized as a New Year wellness initiative, the event marked a powerful start to 2025, encouraging mental and physical well-being among employees while celebrating the company’s cultural richness.
“This record reflects the incredible diversity of our workforce and our ongoing commitment to wellness and inclusivity,” said a spokesperson from Emirates Group.
With yoga mats laid across the desert sands and a calming sunset in the background, the event embodied the harmony of mind, body, and community — and added yet another prestigious title to Dubai’s record-breaking legacy.
