Aya Al Dameh, a talented Year 7 pupil and sports scholar from Brighton College Dubai, has earned international acclaim after winning double gold medals at the prestigious World School Games (WSG) Swim Championships held in London, UK, from May 11 to 12.
The school proudly announced Aya’s victory on Thursday, celebrating her exceptional performance among a field of over 500 athletes from schools across the globe. Representing the U13 category, Aya showcased both skill and determination, cementing her status as a rising star in competitive swimming.
