A seasoned butcher from Bedfordshire has carved his name into the record books after officially breaking the Guinness World Record for the most sausages made in 60 seconds.
Gavin Reynolds, from Clifton, stunned onlookers as he filled and expertly linked 83 Lincolnshire sausages in just one minute during a record attempt held in January. The previous record stood at 78.
Now officially confirmed by Guinness World Records, Reynolds’ rapid-fire sausage skills have earned him global recognition and community-wide celebration.
“It’s brilliant. Can’t believe it,” said the 30-year veteran of the butchery trade. “I’ve had over 30 years of training, to be fair.”
Video footage of the feat has gone viral, showing Reynolds in top form, demonstrating precision, speed, and traditional craftsmanship honed over decades.
The achievement not only showcases individual excellence but also shines a light on the heritage and skill behind the butcher’s block.
