On the occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s 126th birthday, Mr. Ketan Solanki of Akhil Media Foundation, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, created the world’s largest photo cake measuring 10 feet x 4 feet. The eggless cake, weighing 126 kilograms, was prepared in just six hours on April 14, 2017, at the Open Ground, IOC Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. Crafted by Wawa Fastorant Bakery Store, the cake featured icing, soya cream, cherry, edible colors, and sugar sheets. The record-setting event was supported by Motiba Chetna Trust and Jai Bhim Ekta Sangh, marking a unique tribute to the social reformer and a proud moment for the community.
