“101 Meghdoot Postcards: Jadhavs’ Unique Tribute to Indian Cinema and Social Causes”

To honor the milestone of ‘101 Years of Indian Cinema’ and the birthday of India’s legendary dancing star Mithun Chakravarty (Mithun Da), siblings Ninad Jadhav and Varsha Jadhav from Chhindwara launched a unique awareness campaign.

On this special occasion, they posted 101 distinct Meghdoot postcards from the Sub Post Office, Chandameta, Madhya Pradesh, sending messages urging people to “Say NO to Pirated Movies” and to “Love, Care and Educate the GIRL-CHILD.” This thoughtful initiative supports the cause promoted by the Narayanrao Bahuddeshiya Education Society, Nagpur.

Their creative campaign not only celebrates the rich legacy of Indian cinema but also spreads social awareness about the importance of protecting intellectual property rights and empowering girls through education.
