In a grand celebration to support the Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav 2024, KAI. Vanjibaba Gramin Vikas Mandal and Umangsrushtee Organization, Chalisgaon, made history by creating the world’s largest mosaic painting of Shree Ram with Ayodhya Temple, using an astounding 2,10,000 colored clay diyas (lamp lights).
Under the inspiring leadership of Shri Unmesh Bhaiyyasaheb Patil, Member of Parliament, and Smt. Sampada Unmesh Patil, the colossal artwork was unveiled on 22nd January 2024 in Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
Spanning 65 feet in width and 90 feet in height, the mosaic covered a total area of 5,400 square feet. The intricate and vibrant portrait was designed and executed by renowned mosaic artist Chetan Raut and his team within just 24 hours, showcasing both artistic brilliance and spiritual devotion.
The record-setting event served not only as a tribute to Lord Ram but also as a powerful symbol of India’s cultural unity and traditional craftsmanship, earning a New World Record.
