In a historic celebration of the 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on Independence Day 2022, skating enthusiasts across the country came together for a record-breaking patriotic event. Organized by All India Skating Coaches, the initiative saw an unprecedented participation of 2,100 students from various skating clubs across more than 20 Indian cities.
Dressed in vibrant Indian traditional attire and proudly holding the national flag, the young skaters performed a synchronized non-stop skating session for 1 hour on 15th August 2022. The nationwide event aimed to showcase unity, discipline, and national pride through sport.
This remarkable display of patriotism on wheels has been officially recognized as a New World Record by World Records India, honoring the organizers and participants for their dedication and coordination across multiple venues.
The event not only fostered a spirit of nationalism but also inspired youth to engage in fitness, sportsmanship, and civic pride in a unique and memorable way.
