In a heartfelt tribute to the brave soldiers of the Indian Army, Team LEAD – Ek Soch, based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, achieved a remarkable feat by creating, collecting, and submitting a record-breaking 50,001 greeting cards. This initiative was carried out on the occasion of the 72nd Indian Independence Day, as a gesture of gratitude and solidarity with the nation’s defenders.
Students from more than 25 schools participated enthusiastically in the campaign, pouring their creativity and emotions into the cards to express their admiration and respect for the Indian Armed Forces. The massive effort culminated in the setting of a new world record on 16th August 2018.
The initiative served not only as a patriotic act but also as an educational platform to instill values of national pride, gratitude, and unity among young citizens.
