As the founder of SPARKLE DIAMOND, a Surat-based company engaged in diamond manufacturing, importing, and exporting, Lalan has redefined entrepreneurship through his extraordinary resilience and vision.
Despite physical limitations, Lalan built SPARKLE DIAMOND into a reputable enterprise in India’s diamond capital, showcasing how capability transcends physical barriers. His journey stands as a beacon of hope and motivation for aspiring specially-abled individuals across the nation.
In recognition of his immense contribution to inclusive employment and empowerment, he was honored with a National Award by the Honorable Vice President of India through the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in December 2018.
