Celebrated senior journalist and author Hemraj Viram Shah, born on 22nd March 1941 in Samkhiyali, Kutch, Gujarat, received an extraordinary tribute on his 70th birthday. Over 100 articles were gifted to him by authors, poets, journalists, and friends from around the globe, reflecting his remarkable influence in literary and journalistic circles.
These heartfelt articles were compiled into a book titled “Sadhana nu Satatya – Hemraj Shah” by Shri Arun Gujarathi and Shri Niranjan Mehta. The book features a special preface by Prof. Deepak Mehta and was published by Navbharat Sahitya Mandir, Mumbai.
The book was officially inaugurated by Honorable Shri Sharad Pawar, former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament, in 2011. This exceptional literary celebration was conceptualized by Shri Milan Soni and Mrs. Devyani Soni, Senior Adjudicators from Kutch, Gujarat.
