Satej (Bunty) D. Patil, Member of Legislative Council (MLC) and former Minister of State for Home Affairs, has made a remarkable contribution to educational development in Maharashtra. Between 2007 and 2015, he received an astonishing total of 4,429,029 notebooks as birthday gifts from followers and well-wishers across the state.

These notebooks were distributed among more than 996,848 school students, primarily focusing on needy and underprivileged children, aiming to support their education and encourage learning. This massive effort has significantly impacted students’ access to educational resources, helping to foster academic growth throughout Maharashtra.

The initiative reflects Mr. Patil’s commitment to promoting education and uplifting the community by ensuring that students have the necessary tools for their studies.
