In a remarkable effort to promote environmental sustainability and encourage indoor plantation, the Maheshwari Entrepreneur Youth Organisation (MEYO) from Surat, Gujarat, organized a large-scale indoor plant distribution event under the campaign “Give Green, Live Green.”
The event, held from April 28 to May 9, 2019, saw 5,000 participants actively involved in receiving indoor plants and pledging to nurture them responsibly. This massive green initiative aimed to spread awareness about the importance of plants for cleaner air and a healthier environment.
With enthusiastic participation across the city, MEYO successfully set a New World Record for the highest number of indoor plants distributed and pledged within a 12-day period.
This inspiring event highlights the growing community commitment towards environmental conservation and the promotion of greener living spaces across India.
