“Melodic Marathon: Non-Stop Singing Tribute to Kishore Kumar’s Timeless Legacy”

In a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Bollywood singer Kishore Kumar on his 89th Birth Anniversary, renowned performer Jitendra Bhuruk, known as the “Voice of Kishore Kumar” from Pune, Maharashtra, created a new world record by performing a non-stop live singing marathon titled “Agar Tum Na Hote”.

Accompanied by three supporting singers, Jitendra Bhuruk sang a total of 89 full-length songs originally sung by Kishore Kumar over a span of 11 continuous hours. The musical journey began at 12:00 AM and concluded at 11:00 PM on August 4, 2018, all within the same day.

The marathon was held at Yashwant Natya Sankul, Matunga, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and was organized and supported by Swapnil Vinayak Pandit and the Malhar Group team. The event not only showcased Bhuruk’s vocal prowess and dedication but also served as a nostalgic tribute to one of India’s most celebrated playback legends.

The performance, filled with timeless classics and emotional renditions, successfully entered the record books and was widely applauded by music lovers and Kishore Kumar fans across the state.
