Mr. Shailesh Yadav, a renowned artist from Kusumvandan Natya Sansthan, Pune, Maharashtra, created the biggest Shivaji Paghdi (Jiretop) measuring an impressive 10 feet in height and 30 feet in diameter. Crafted using 2,709 meters of cloth, bamboo, sponge, and glue, this massive Jiretop was completed within 6 hours. The remarkable feat set a new world record on February 16, 2018, at Gondhalenagar, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The event was organized by Yogesh Tilekar, Pramod Rananaware, and Manohar Deshmukh, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Maharashtra.
