Renowned clay artist and craftsman Mansukhbhai Prajapati achieved a remarkable milestone by creating over 700 pottery products made entirely from eco-friendly clay sand material. These products, ranging from diyas, pots, tableware, cookware, refrigerators, wall tiles, mural arts, incense sticks, to night lamps, were launched under his innovative brand “Mitticool.”
Committed to promoting an eco-friendly environment and advocating for a plastic-free world, Mansukhbhai’s craftsmanship blends traditional artistry with modern utility. The extensive variety of sustainable clay products showcases his creativity and dedication to environmental sustainability.
The record was set in R.K. Nagar, Wankaner, Rajkot (Gujarat), and marks a significant step toward environmentally conscious living. Mansukhbhai’s work has been recognized globally, having been honored by over 50 national and international organizations. Notably, in 2007, he received the prestigious “True Scientist” Award from the then President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, during the 4th National Award Function in Delhi.
