To mark the first death anniversary of the legendary playback singer Lata Mangeshkar Ji, Bollytunes Musical Entertainers & Events, Nagpur, Maharashtra, organized a heartfelt and historic 2-day longest karaoke singing marathon titled “A Musical Tribute to Lata Mangeshkar Ji”.
Led by renowned singer Mayank Bhorkar, the marathon brought together 106 male and female singers with 4 technical team members who performed a nonstop total of 212 iconic songs, all originally sung by the Nightingale of India herself.
The event took place at “Studio Bollytunes” Live Performing Studio, Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur, and concluded with the setting of a New World Record on February 6, 2023. The entire performance was adjudicated virtually by Mr. Paavan Solanki, President of World Records India, further adding official recognition to this remarkable feat.
The musical marathon not only paid homage to the timeless voice of Lata Ji but also celebrated her enduring legacy that continues to inspire generations of music lovers and artists across the world.
