On the occasion of Saint Shree Dasaram Bapa Pran-Pratisttha Mahotsav 2022, the Samasta Sagar Samaj, representing devotees worldwide, organized a remarkable World Record event at Jharera, Taluka Bhanvad, District Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat, India.
As part of the celebration on May 5, 2022, the organization created the largest replica of the Kathiawadi Paghdi (turban) worn by Saint Shree Dasaram Bapa. The colossal turban measures an impressive 3 feet in height, 7 feet in length, with a circumference diameter of 21 feet. Crafted from 200 meters of cotton cloth and weighing a total of 100 kilograms including its supporting structure, this magnificent creation proudly set a new world record.
The event symbolized the deep respect and devotion of the followers, showcasing cultural heritage through this extraordinary feat. The Samasta Sagar Samaj’s achievement highlights their dedication to preserving and honoring the legacy of Saint Shree Dasaram Bapa on this significant occasion.
