Jitendra Patel, a renowned artist and painter from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, successfully organized a unique Live Portrait Sketch Painting Marathon that set a new record in the city. The event saw 151 participants simultaneously create black-and-white portraits on A4-sized sheets, showcasing their artistic talent and dedication.
The marathon began on 5th June 2018 at 8:00 AM and concluded on 10th June 2018 at 5:00 PM, held at the prestigious Ravishankar Kala Bhavan, Law Garden, Ahmedabad. This remarkable event brought together artists and art enthusiasts, celebrating creativity and skill in a collaborative setting.
Jitendra Patel’s initiative has been praised for promoting art and encouraging mass participation, adding a vibrant chapter to Ahmedabad’s cultural legacy.
