In a remarkable effort to promote the effective use of Gujarati literature on social media, the esteemed Gujarati Sahitya Parishad, Ahmedabad, organized a one-day Social Media Seminar titled “Literature and Mass Media Effect on Social Media.” The event took place on June 30, 2024, at the Gujarati Sahitya Parishad Hall, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, and successfully set a New World Record.
The seminar brought together 20 prominent litterateurs, media enthusiasts, and authors, each delivering a 10-minute speech in Gujarati, sharing insights on the evolving role of literature in the digital age. The unique aspect of the event was that all the speakers presented sequentially on the same day, making it a power-packed day of literary discourse.
The event was attended by an audience of over 300 literature lovers, writers, students, and digital content creators. It aimed to emphasize how Gujarati language and literature can thrive and reach global audiences through modern platforms such as social media.
